Jamie Ruchser

Jamie is a travel enthusiast. She obtained a bachelor's degree in international studies and a master's degree in public policy from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She has had the opportunity to gain work experience abroad, which has enriched her worldview. When Jamie wanted to invest in real estate in the greater Boston area, she realized homeownership was not attainable for her in this area, so she started to research other cities that she could call home.

Jamie was born and raised on the east coast, so she began to research cities where homeownership was more affordable in comparison to Boston and is proud to say that she bought a condo in uptown Charlotte. Jamie's goal is to increase homeownership opportunities for those currently living in Charlotte or for people relocating to the area, as Jamie was lucky enough to find her dream condo in Charlotte. She believes that this dream is possible for others, too.

Additionally, Jamie is passionate about education, communications, and reading. When she is not working, she is probably spending time with her family and friends or lost in a book, as reading is a way for her to "travel" when she is not physically traveling.
